This Sloth Hates Finals

Hi All!!!!! I'm taking my last two finals this week, one tomorrow which I have yet to start studying for and one on Wednesday. The Wednesday one is going to kick my because it is Greek and naturally studying abroad, I have negative brain cells now.

I'm leaving Edinburgh on Thursday and just when the weather starts getting better, it's much less depressing here and people are actually outside during the day. So with leaving Scotland I have been reflecting on how I feel about this whole thing, and I came to the conclusion that Scottish people are depressed drunks with an identity crisis, it is really quite sad but it makes them loveable at the same time. There are those regular homeless people I walk by everyday, whose only companions are there starving puppies, and I will miss them. I'll miss watching the bum fights and fearing for my life everytime I walk home at night through "the rape park". Last week my friend found someone jerking off as she was walking home through said rape park. And I will defintely miss the Scottish NED's. NED's are a very rare breed of British trailier trash. NED stands for "Non-Educated Delinquents" and they roam the highlands of Edingburgh in white tracksuits and fake burberry hats, the women are usually pregnant and smoking a cigarettete with scruchies in their hair and exposed gut, I think you get the picture. And last of all I will miss "fanny pack", she's my flatmate. An endearing Canadian girl from Cornell majoring in Linguistics, she is the epitome of a nerd, I didn't think people like her existed, but I was clearly wrong. She is allergic to almost everything, has terrible asthma, and is a hypochondriac and germophobe. I find myself just sitting in silence studying her behavior. She eats the same dinner everyday, couscous with a banana and a non-flour treated bread and a glass of herbal tea. She goes to bed by 10 every night and wakes up at 7. Her clothes consist of khakis, a polo, high socks, and orthopedic shoes. She is the most interesting person and I love talking to her, last week i learned about her "gastro-intestinal nastiness", I just sit in awe because I'm just amazed by the geeky shit that comes out her mouth. Well anyways, I guess I'm getting a bit nostaglic about leaving and I really am just putting off studying.
I'm moving to London on Thursday, and that has been a disaster and a half. I don't have a job yet, I can't extend my visa, and worst of all Timmy got deported. Well not really, but we went to Paris and something went wrong with his new visa and he got arrested and put in a holding cell by immigration, after which he had to leave the country and fly home to Australia. So he's been in Australia for a month now and we're still not sure when he's going to be able to come back, another two weeks hopefully. Well with that being said, I now have an empty flat to move into with no furniture and no Timmy :(

Melissa I'm totally down to join this book club, I read the Red Tent though, really good book, It'll be a good reference for when we write the History of Flow.
I love you all and miss you terribly xoxooxx

Cheers,
Cheyenne

p.s. I took an adderral 20rx last week and got cracked out by myself in the library, it was amazing yet lonely becuase you guys weren't there so be cracked out with me.
